good morning everyone!
i'm nickole. i'm 24. i graduated from hunan normal universaty on shuda campus. my major is english education. after graduation, i have worked for one year in li yang聽kid's engish. my students are between 5 and 12 years old.
i'm outgoing and open-minded. in my spare time, i have broad interests. such as reading, surfing the internet, listening to music and even chatting with foreign friends online if possible. i like children very much. i think children are active, innocent and pure. with them, i feel very relaxed, plesant and younger. therefore, i learned a lot from my one year working experence.
teaching children english is very interested but it is also challeging. because children are always active, even sometimes very naughty. so teachers need a lot of patience to deal with children. the most important that i have learned from my one year teacing experence is that a teacher should have the kind of聽the mind that always wants to go on learning. teaching is a job at which one will never be perfet. if i have the chance, i will try my best to be a good primary english teacher.

我畢業(yè)于XX師范大學(xué)，英語(yǔ)教育專業(yè)，本科。我名字叫xxx。以前在五年級(jí)組工作，由于本班級(jí)英語(yǔ)老師空缺，所以有幸與二(1)班結(jié)緣。對(duì)本班也有了一定了解，由于一些客觀原因，本班學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)有些不盡如人意的地方，這也是我最先考慮的問題。
既然我來到這個(gè)班了，就會(huì)安于這里，讓學(xué)生的心能夠安定下來，不讓學(xué)生再有他慮。我制定了比較長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的愿望。學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)知識(shí)就像建筑高樓，基礎(chǔ)沒有打好就蓋不出參天大廈，而英語(yǔ)的基礎(chǔ)就在于單詞的掌握。所以從現(xiàn)在開始我就會(huì)稍微加大學(xué)習(xí)單詞的力度，聽、說、讀、寫，面面俱到。
再者，就是讓孩子對(duì)英語(yǔ)產(chǎn)生濃厚的興趣。此年齡段的孩子，興趣的來源有兩個(gè)：一，從游戲中汲取，寓教于樂。二，使其具備一定的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)素質(zhì)，比如發(fā)音和書寫。當(dāng)你們發(fā)現(xiàn)你的英語(yǔ)發(fā)音比其他人更有腔調(diào)更形象時(shí)，別人的'羨慕目光或是驕人的成績(jī)更容易激發(fā)大家的進(jìn)取心。
從此，課要怎么上的問題自然迎刃而解，我們既要寓教于樂，又要抓好大家的英語(yǔ)素質(zhì)教育。讓大家在一種積極的氛圍中學(xué)到實(shí)在的東西。期末考試已迫近，肩上的任務(wù)似乎更重了，大家要抖擻好精神，向著英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)之路，出發(fā)吧!
